6) Receive an update on the Police Community Support Officer scheme.

8) Consider planning application DA/2009/0953: conversion of St Joseph’s Church, Hinton Road to two dwellings, two storey rear extension, formation of parking spaces and landscaping.

9) Set a budget and precept for the year ending 31 March 2011.

10) Consider the draft Parish Plan.

11) Consider the installation of additional heating radiators in the Hinton & Farndon rooms of the Village Centre [BoPeeps].
