1. Receive and consider apologies for absence.

2. Receive members’ declarations of interest - Personal and/or Prejudicial.

3. Approve the minutes of the meeting of 12 January 2010.

4. Hear matters arising.

5. Land North of Byfield Road, between [new road] Grants Hill Way and Great Central Way Industrial Estate. Consider planning application DA/2009/0993: outline permission for the construction of two buildings for use under Use Class B1 [office] to include details of access, layout and scale. [Time will be available for contributions from members of the public.]

6. Note the items of general information in the Blue Folder.

7. Hear issues raised by the public, other than items specified on this agenda, [speakers please advise the Chairman before the meeting].

8. Village Centre, Hinton & Farndon Rooms. Consider an estimate for upgrading and providing additional emergency lighting in BoPeeps Nursery.

9. Village Centre. Consider a proposal by Northamptonshire County Council to erect corporate signage on the exterior of the Library.

10. Receive a report from the members looking into Youth Club matters.

11. Receive a report on the Parish Plan.

12. Note receipts & authorise payments.

13. Hear any other business [Councillors please advise the Chairman before the meeting].
